Rafael and Silvia rent since 2011. Only the window on the front of the tiny casa is visible on our photo at left.
The reception is narrow and nicely decorated, with a staircase leading to a bedroom and terrace. They recently added a second room on the ground floor - occupied during our visit. Both have air conditioning, a double bed and private bathroom and access to the covered terrace with views of the bay, framed by the park gate on the left and casa Las Estancias at right. Sólo la ventana de la fachada es visible desde la calzada como muy bien "devanturée" por las flores (foto arriba). La recepción es estrecho y bien decorado, las escaleras a una habitación y terraza. Se han añadido recientemente un segundo dormitorio, uno en la planta baja - ocupado durante nuestra visita. Tienen aire acondicionado, una cama doble y un cuarto de baño privado y acceso a la terraza cubierta con vistas a la bahía, enmarcados por la puerta del parque de la izquierda y la derecha la casa Las Estancias. Precios: 25-30cuc por habitación por noche; Desayunos, cenas 3-5cuc 8-12cuc |
