 Restaured in 1906, Carlos and Carmen's vast casa boasts long corridors which lend a true colonial stance to their home built along a patio cum jardin with its pergola surrounded by no less than six bedrooms.

All of the bedrooms for rent (usually 2 or 3) are air-conditioned and have with their own private bathroom.

Recliners, tables and plants in rooms and patio.

Large dining room where the couple serves breakfasts and dinners.

As the Florida Centre, one of the most remarkable casas in the country. If you cannot book, drop in for a visit and recommend it to friends and travellers.

I have traveled in Cuba for 5 weeks. And this room was absolute the best one. My first reaction to the owner was: ' Is this a casa or a hotel'? It was such a big and beautiful colonial house. We (my partner & 2 friends) stayed here in late December 2009. It was - hands down - the best casa experience in Cuba. The best accommodation, service, food, location. Carlos and Carmen were welcoming, amazingly helpful, and have a lovely, quiet but centrally located casa which is a great base to explore Santa Clara. We are still raving about...
