On quiet San Rafael going up to Ronda (which runs along the university campus), this casa's facade is in inviting art deco (1939) and that's where Georgina and her son Jose Ramon rent out two air-conditioned rooms each with private bathroom, one reaches through a private entrance (actually the big yellow door that was the garage). Upon entry there is a mini living room with sofa and armchair that leads to a dinette.
A narrow staircase leads to the room located above the former garage with his private bathroom. Next to the fridge, a door opens onto a large bedroom with bath that may be shared with any third bedroom on the bottom. Prices 25cuc per room per night, only the basic breakfast is served in 3cuc |
