Still available for rental nowadays - from new owner Ivis with help from Jamile - are three air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuites and air conditioning; meals served on a large table that installs in the double living room opening onto the street. "I spent five days here with my parents. We rented two rooms and it couldn't have been better! There was a private bathroom in each room, a comunal patio and a large living room with a balcony. Ivis is a kind, patient woman who will do whatever to assure your trip goes well. The location is really good, just a few blocks from the Malecón and within walking distance to pretty much all tourist attractions. The house is on the second floor, with a restaurant that serves really tasty food and drinks for a good price and can serve you breakfast for a small fee on the first floor. We had breakfast there everyday and at least one more meal in most days. Jamile, who serves food in the morning and cleans the rooms is adorable and does a great job!"
