Meal's ready ! From the dining-side bedroom, guests can see their table ready for sea delights or full breakfasts which Manolo prepares, sometimes with help from his daughter or wife Silvia.
From its balcony looking right, one can see the mountains in the back, the bay, the beach and the mouth (boca) of the Guaurabo river.
With its superb view of the sea, the beach and the bay, their casa is out of the ordinary.
Coming in the house : right is a small sala with rockers and tv, then the new bedroom with its private bathroom.
Across the hallway (leading to the kitchen in back) the two original bedrooms split by their shared bathroom, now the private bathroom of the bedroom shown here.
Kitchen in back is used by owners to prepare meals served on the veranda. Manolo and his esposa live in their newly-built independent casita in back of the lot.
House next door is empty in winter. The Muñoz family from Trinidad use it in the summer.
