At the top of the stairs, there is first a balcony overlooking the street, an entrance hall, a lounge, a dining room with its TV andf the kitchen.

There is also a terrace cum bar with views of the street at the rear of the house and an air-conditioned rented bedroom with private ensuite bathroom.

On a higher floor (the roof), a small office for the computer, the second and third rental bedrooms with their ensuite bathroom.

Then, the master bedroom and its own bathroom, and a sunning terrace and a jacuzzi with views of the neighbourhood and Amado Estevez street below.
