The owners, Joyce and Miguel, are a friendly young professional couple . Joyce speaks French and Miguel speaks good English. Miguel will be happy to arrange transportation to and from the airport and/or a taxi for the day. The rental space consists of a main room, in addition to a private ensuite bathroom and kitchenette, total of 320 square feet (35 square meters) on the second floor. There is an independent walk-up stairway and an independent entrance. The bedroom has two beds, a double and a single. The kitchenette has a fridge/mini-bar. The bathroom has tub and shower, sink, both with hot water. There is air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a television. The casa has an exterior balcony that overlooks the corner of the street. There is parking available on site. Breakfast is available. Rates : 20-25cuc per night for the apartment |
