Juan is a physiotherapist, Mignelys is a Telecom Engineer; they live next door with their 12-year old son. They advertise their services thus : "We rent since 2006 two aircon bedrooms (three since Jan 2011) on the second floor ("1st" floor for Europeans) each with phone, minibar (fridge), sharing a bathroom. The glass windows are handy to quiet the rooms (contrary to the usual wooden slats only). "The balcony offers lovely views of the neighbourhood and the valley for sure — and the church steeple on the main plaza — and is ideal to taste our cocktails or to refresh the body in the mini pool. "We get along in English and can access any service our guests may desire to make their stay in Viñales a most memorable estancia." Rates : 20-25cuc per bedroom per night; breakfast 4cuc, dinners 10cuc. Total capacity of casa : 9 guests (3 per room). |
