" Claudina greeted us with her two daughters : Suzana, 23, who studied economics and can speak English, and Yelena, 19, who works in the cultural center by the church in Viñales.
" The small house boasts a rather large, simple and clean air-conditioned bedroom on a street parallel to the main street. A guarded parking is down the street some 200m away. We spent 3 nights there because Viñales is a town in the centre of a wonderful region and because we were greeted so well.
" Claudina is an outstanding cook and although it is true that in Cuba, meal portions are enormous, her choices were varied.
Rate : 15-20cuc for two without breakfast. Dinner prices are quite affordable. "
