Like many casas in Varadero, Yosi's hides behind high fences.	The young couple has been renting since July 2011 in their house situated on a compound-like plot typical of Varadero : in all, a 310 square meter-area including patio and garden, gazebo and car park. Maylin and Carlos both have experience in tourism : he was a DJ and she, a receptionist. They live with their daughter and now dedicate their time to making and selling jewelry and, of course, renting two air-conditioned bedrooms each with ventilation, two large beds and a single for a total capacity of 8 people in the casa. Rates: 30-35cuc per room per night; breakfasts served on the patio 3-5cuc; 8-12cuc dinners.

HOSTAL YOSI Carlos Cesar López Lermo y Maylin Reina Ros Desde Julio 2011, el joven pareja ofrecen dos cuartos para rentar en su casa que describen asi : portal, sala, comedor, cuarto, patio, terraza, en una vivienda construida en el año 1956 sobre un área de 310.00 metros cuadrados en la zona residencial tradicional del balneario. Lugares conocidos cercanos : Restaurante La Miel a 250 metros, Restaurante El Toro a 300 metros, Renta de auto a 200 metros, Parque de artesanía 100 metros, Panadería a 50 metros, Supermercado a 100 metros La casa esta compuesta por terraza, sala - comedor, cocina, tres dormitorios, tres baños, patio con jardín, gacebo y garaje privado para más de un auto, ubicada a 100 metros de la línea de playa e insertada en una parcela próxima a la principal arteria vial de la península. Las habitaciones, completamente privadas, cuentan con baños (agua fría y caliente), refrigerador, aire acondicionado, ventilador, camas matrimoniales y camas personales, capacidad para 8 personas con posibilidades de ampliar. Precios : por habitación 30–35cuc según temporada. Baño privado al dentro de la habitación o exterior: Tiene baño privado dentro de la habitación. GETTING TO THE CASA From Varadero airport : Leaving the airport, turn left onto "Matanzas - Varadero". At the traffic lights at the entrance to the peninsula, take the left lane and cross the iron bridge, continue along the highway south to 24th Street (calle 24), turn left, proceed two blocks and turn left again to the home identified with the number 2308. From the Varadero Viazul bus station (Calle 37 and Autopista del Sur) : Take Highway South to the right, turn on 24th Street right again crossing two streets and turn left to the house identified with the number 2308. From La Habana : Cross the tunnel in Habana Vieja, take the Via Blanca highway towards Cojimar, then Playas del Este, then Matanzas and towards Varadero. Some 20ast the Varadero airport, at the traffic lights at the entrance to the peninsula, take the left lane and cross the iron bridge, continue along the highway south to 24th Street (calle 24), turn left, proceed two blocks and turn left again to the home identified with the number 2308. From the Central or Eastern (Oriente) regions : Drive to Cárdenas and take the Cárdenas - Varadero tunnel which gets you to the point of meeting the mainland with the peninsula. Upon arrival at the traffic lights at the entrance to the peninsula, take the left lane and cross the iron bridge, continue along the highway south to 24th Street (calle 24), turn left, proceed two blocks and turn left again to the home identified with the number 2308.
