This large colonial house is near Parque Céspedes, downtown. The charming and always smiling couple (Roberto and Nivia) rent one large aircon bedroom with its own private bathroom with two large beds, air-conditioning, complete bathroom.
Everything is neat and tidy. Other services: car custodian, TV, laundry, patio.
Rates : 20-25cuc per night for bedroom (2 adults max.). Breakfasts, 3cuc; dinners 6-8cuc; meals are prepared by Nivia and her daughter Beatriz (married to David, both biologists and parents, since Jan 06 of David Jr.). Rates : 20-25cuc per night for bedroom (2 adults max.).
