Julio owns a vast modern casa where his mother Mery and his brother rent two large bedrooms, each with their bath and shower, CD player, large closets, fans and other amenities.
On the second floor facade and side, there is a nice balcony with lawn chairs and parasol and downstairs in the back, a shaded and sunny patio decorated with plants, rockers, tables and a shower. Laundry service (rate based on quantity), a free indoor garage and travel counseling in English, Italian and Russian.
