Emilio, formerly a dentist and University Professor completed in early 2011 an ambitious project to renovate from top to bottom the second floor of this beautiful building circa 1927.

This, the largest casa particular in the land is tastefully furnished and decorated with an offering of 10 air conditioned bedrooms each with at least one double or two single beds, an ensuite bathroom and a phone (with internal service), a large lounge at the front, dining room and kitchen at the rear plus a terrace / dining room on the roof with a own toilet.

With his assistant Yalexis, Emilio and his young staff are trying - with this unique place in the country - to offer a different type of accommodation both Cuban and Urban, some may want to call a "boutique hotel".

Emilio, un antiguo profesor de la universidad y dentista, recientemente completó a principios de 2011 el ambicioso proyecto para renovar de arriba a abajo el segundo piso de este bello edificio construido en 1927.

Estan decoradas con gusto las 10 habitaciones que renta Emilio con sus ayudantes. Cada cuarto tiene aire acondicionado y cada una con un cama doble o dos sencillos, cuarto de baño privado y algunas con el teléfono (por servicio interno como un hotel), un gran salón en la parte delantera y en el fondo, una sala comedor y la cocina. Con su asistente Sra Yalexis y jovenes anfitriones, Emilio esta tratando de mejorar una forma de alojamiento tipicamente cubano, urbano y ademas del tercer milenio.

Además, en el techo una terraza-comedor con su propio baño. Altamente recomendado.
