"We had booked by e-mail, with re-confirmation by e-mail, telephone call before we left Remedios and we learn that we will not be staying there, but elsewhere in the same building, blablabla .....

Result : effectively in the same building, but no terrace as the address where we had booked so ...

But where it does most is that our hostess was not nice at all, balked at everything: bad breakfast, impossible to seek information (Viazul bus sked), she sent walking saying she would not call, and we had to go to central station to get the info ! Frédérique (France) 15.01.11
