Large upstairs colonial which Pablo, a retired accountant owns since 1962 and which he rents since 1998 with his spouse Lidia Bu; the couple lives alone.
Off their superb lighted patio and its arcaded doors — the loveliest we have seen in Cuba —, the kind and quiet senior couple rents two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a modern, renovated bathroom.
Pablo speaks fluent English.
A large high-ceilinged double living room overlooks the quiet street and a terrace on the roof allows guest to take in some sun or read.
Rates : 30cuc per bedroom; 25cuc single rate

La pareja renta dos habitaciones con aire acondicionado, cada una con baño privado moderno. Pablo habla Inglés. Una gran parte del patio soleado y una terraza en la azotea.
Pablo descubierto los relieves de color muy viejos en las paredes de cada habitación y hacia su restauración.
Precio: 30cuc por noche por habitación; 25cuc soltero. Servicio de comidas.
