This colonial casa was built in 1915-1920 and is part of Eugenio's family heritage.	Located upstairs, the casa features a double living room in front with its balcony, a dining room in the back, by the compact kitchen and three superbly-decorated air-conditioned bedrooms with windows opening on to the long narrow patio cum passageway. All three share two private modern bathrooms, one between two bedrooms along the corridor; the other in the back, for use by the front bedroom, off the living room.
