Nicola is a marketing man from Venezia, Italia and he's in the rental business with his sister. Bedrooms feature king size beds except one with two doubles; roof terrace.	"Completely renovated building located in the heart of the historic district, one minute walk from central park Galixto Garcia. The hostal has 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. All furniture, beds, mattresses and equipment are brand new from the store. Each bedroom features: modern safety box, split type air-conditioning, HD flat screen TV with boxes for more channels, king size mattress that sleeps up to 4 people, large fridge, large bathroom with full bath; the whole building is air conditioned. Cuenta con 6 habitaciones y 8 baños. Todo los muebles, las camas, los colchones y los equipos son nuevos de tienda. Cada cuerto tiene : caja fuerte moderna, aire condicionado con Esplit, television a pantalla llana HD high definition con cajitas para ver mas canales, colchon king size extracamero que puede acoger hasta 4 personas, refrigerador grande, bano grande con bañadera muy amplia, en todo el edificio hay aire condicionado con varios esplit. Los banos tienen agua caliente las 24 horas con sistema centralizado con 4 bombas para garantizar en cualquier momento una presion del agua alta y constante. Esta a disposicion de los turista tambien dos baños en planta baja por si acaso no se quiere subir a los pisos donde se encunetran las habitaciones.
