Mariela worked fro a long time at Hostal Vitral where she gained, with her friend Rosi Perez (now living in Florida), a lot of experience in hospitality and cooking, as she prepared the meals.
In recent years, she married, and acquired the casa which she runs with the help of girlfriends and her husband. Here's a description :
