Ideally located between the city center and Punta Gorda, next to a primary school and the Escuela de Musica Benny Moré, this two-story casa belongs to two ophthalmologists who work right across the provincial hospital and live in ground floor with their teenage daughter.

Since 2015, the couple has rented three bedrooms upstairs with a small salon in front and its bar-tv and kitchenette very well equipped where Marisa, the maid, cook and wife to do everything prepares meals on request.

The first bedroom at the front opens onto this living room and has double and single beds, storage space, air conditioning, a fan and a very practical bathroom. The second and third are also well equipped and have three beds each, air conditioning, storage space and all the trimmings.

There is plenty of tourist info on site. If you have any particular tastes or demands on the food, you can pick it up in front of the supermercado very well endowed with Imago a minute walk from the other side of the 5th of Septiembre.

Rates: 25-30cuc per room per night, p. lunch 3-5, and upon prior request, dinners 8-12cuc; the next door is Paladar La Cocinita.

Con una ubicación ideal entre el casco historico y Punta Gorda, junto a una escuela primaria y la Escuela de Música Benny Moré, esta casa de dos pisos pertenece a dos oftalmólogos que trabajan en el hospital provincial y viven en la planta baja con su hija adolescente.

Desde 2015, la pareja alquila tres dormitorios en la planta superior con un pequeño salón al frente y su bar-tv y una cocineta muy bien equipada donde Marisa, domestica / cocinera hacen todo lo necesario para preparar las comidas a pedido.

El primer dormitorio en la parte delantera se abre a esta sala de estar y tiene cama doble e individuale, espacio de almacenamiento, aire acondicionado, ventilador y un baño muy práctico. Los cuartos segundo y tercero también están bien equipados y tienen tres camas cada una, aire acondicionado, espacio de almacenamiento y todos los adornos.

Hay un montón de información turística en el sitio. Si tiene gustos o demandas particulares sobre la comida, puedes preguntarlas a Marisa o recogerla en frente en el supermercado del centro y parque Imago a un minuto a pie del otro lado de la avenida 5 de septiembre.

Precios : 20-25 por habitación por noche, desayunos 3-5, cenas 8-12cuc; la puerta de al lado es el paladar La Cocinita.
