ROOM ALREADY OCCUPIED
"We booked by phone on December 11 a room at January 3, 2012 Maria Antonia y Napoles on Punta Gorda Cienfuegos for two nights.

By phone during this booking, we stressed repeatedly being shown the casa and received confirmation. In Cuba, we attempted to contact the casa on the eve of our arrival, but without success. This happens in Cuba !

When we arrived around 17:30, the room was already occupied and Maria wanted to send a friend who does not live at all on the tip of the tip.

Despite our complaints, nothing worked. She said that the room was booked since early December, so before our call for reservation.

Therefore, we have at night from looking for an available room and spend our 2 nights in Cienfuegos in two different casas.

I think this lady is deliberately overbooking in order to send people to her friends for a fee.

This practice must be reported on your site for others to avoid being trapped.

This older couple (with family visiting often and helping out) offers one aircon bedroom upstairs with its own private bath, a back patio opening on to the bay, with its own dock. From which you can dive in the bay's waters.

The front (on calle 35) also opens to the sea from the bedroom balcony, as the Punta is an isthmus.

Family atmosphere, you'll feel at home right away.
