Near the pedestrian street (bulevar) and some three blocks from the Prado (the wide boulevard leading down to the Punta Gorda and the bay) this retired couple's casa colonial has been rented to visitors for nearly 15 years.
Isabel and Pepe were defectology teachers. Their vast adobe includes a living room, two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a terrace all decorated with the Spanish colony era furnishings and taste.
Each bedroom is well-decorated and air-con, features a double bed (matrimonio) and has its own ensuite bathroom.
