Directions : passed Rancho Luna and the lighthouse; passed the Pasacaballo ferry and the large hotel. Or take ferry from Cienfuegos port to Castillo de Jagua, then boat across to Pasacaballo dock, then walk one k to Milpas. Also a guagua from town, but don't bet the farm on it.

Aleixis and Arai rent two air-conditioned bedrooms with one bathroom. All three meals can be served (imagine all the sea delights you could taste) on the balcony, terrace under the large tree or the parasol by the water. Solitude guaranteed, impeccable views of the huge bahia at your feet, contacts with the fishermen and family. Maybe a boat excursion, with luck. Tranquillity assured. Vistas to dream about.
Make provisions of wine or other elixirs of choice for the fridge because there is not one store around, only fresh pickings from the sea. One could walk back up the road to the hotel for soft drinks or beer or in front of the hotel, take the small boat that crosses regularly over to Castillo de Jagua to get more foodstuff. Near the casa, the Milpas fishermen organize day meals for lost tourists or tired travellers. Parking on premises.
